Today I am loving and kind to myself and others.

I am one with the Power that created me. I am totally open and receptive to the abundant flow of prosperity that the Universe offers. All my needs and desires are met before I even ask. I am Divinely guided and protected, and I make choices that are beneficial for me. I rejoice in other's successes, knowing there is plenty for us all.

Loving myself and thinking joyful, happy thoughts is the quickest way to create a wonderful life.

Just because the years are passing doesn't mean that the quality of our lives must automatically go downhill.

I have learned over the years that the nicest thing I can do is to just say to myself, "Good Morning Darling, I love you; we're going to have a really great day today."

I love myself, therefore I love totally in the now, experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright, and joyous and secure, for I am a beloved child of the universe and the universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever more. And so it is.

Grief is a matter of the heart and soul. Grieve your loss, allow it in, and spend time with it.
