Filling my mind with pleasant thoughts is the quickest road to health.

I rejoice in what I have and I know that fresh new experiences are always ahead. I greet the new with open arms. I trust life to be wonderful.

See your later years as becoming your treasure years. Sit quietly and think of all the times you were joyful, and let your body feel this joy.

If I wait until I become perfect before I love myself, I will waste my whole life. I am already perfect right here and right now. I am perfect exactly as I am.

I trust myself, and I trust Life to support and protect me.

The only thing that keeps you from deserving, or loving yourself, or whatever, is someone else's belief or opinion that you have accepted as truth.
