Feelings, by themselves, do not create problems. It is rather the tendency to interpret and analyze them. When out of habit you believe those interpretations, it is there that the suffering begins.

You already are, the peace you are looking for. Be still and know that

Marinate in your own being, grow in your wisdom, mature in understanding, be firm in your conviction, be strong in your Self.

Bless everything in existence with your entire being and immediately you recognise your inner state of completeness and harmony.

Often one is more attached to the journey than to the discovery... because the journey happens in the mind... the discovery happens in the heart.

Upon discovering truth, the natural love one has for oneself expands until it encompasses the whole world. This Love removes the ego.

Self-Enquiry is not asking you to believe or to trust - it is putting a mirror in front of you and asking you to look. Enquiry is suited to many people in the West, because we are more mental. And it is very direct. So unsparing is its look that nothing can escape.
