Some people know they are dreaming when they are asleep. You must also know you are dreaming when you wake-up. When you know you are dreaming when you wake up, then you are really waking up

You wake up each day from the dream; but to be free, you must also wake up from the waking state.

If you seek approval from others in this world, you will not know happiness.

You are the light of consciousness and also the witness of this light. You are pure awareness.

Be in the spirit of Truth and any words you speak are in alignment with that spirit.

Being here really is just the invitation to rest as Being. There is nothing you have to do. It is not an invitation to become. You will not be scrutinized, your actions compared with those of others. Thats just unicorn food. Let your river flow as it pleases. Simply observe and recognise that all is unfolding spontaneously when that inner journalist- the ego, is exposed as a myth.

Face your fears and stop allowing the mind to hold you captive.
