Real love means loving kindness and compassion, the kind of love that does not have any conditions.

Everything inside and around us wants to reflect itself in us. We don't have to go anywhere to obtain the truth. We only need to be still and things will reveal themselves in the still water of our heart.

We must look deeply. When we buy something or consume something, we may be participating in an act of killing. This precept [non-killing] reflects our determination not to kill, either directly or indirectly, and also to prevent others from killing.

Happiness and suffering support each other. To be is to inter-be. It's like the left and the right. If the left is not there, the right cannot be there. The same is true with suffering and happiness, good and evil.

In the Light of interbeing, peace and happiness in your daily life means peace and happiness in the world.

Transformations is the word. We can do the work of transformation only in the present moment
