My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground on which I stand.

Meditation is to get insight, to get understanding and compassion, and when you have them, you are compelled to act.

Today, you can decide to walk in freedom. You can choose to walk differently. You can walk as a free person, enjoying every step.

Our life is a manifestation, and we can very well make that manifestation beautiful and meaningful and have a good influence.
