Buddhism is in your heart. Even if you don't have any temple or any monks, you can still be a Buddhist in your heart and life.

Harm no person, animal, plant or mineral.

You are what you want to become. Why search anymore? You are a wonderful manifestation. The whole universe has come together to make your existence possible. There is nothing that is not you. The kingdom of God, the Pure Land, nirvana, happiness, and liberation are all you.

The most important thing is that we need to be understood. We need someone to be able to listen to us and to understand us. Then we will suffer less.

Buddhism has to do with your daily life, with your suffering and with the suffering of the people around you.

The teachings on love given by the Buddha are clear, scientific, and applicable... Love, compassion, joy, and equanimity are the very nature of an enlightened person. They are the four aspects of true love within ourselves and within everyone and everything.

Preventing war is much better than protesting against the war. Protesting the war is too late.
