I want the Church to go out onto the streets, I want us to resist everything worldly, everything static, everything comfortable...eve rything that might make us closed in on ourselves.

Do not be afraid of confession!

We are called to be 'ambassadors for Christ' (2 Cor 5:20). Ours is a ministry of reconciliation ... To be an ambassador for Christ means above all to invite everyone to a renewed personal encounter with the Lord Jesus.

When we meet a person truly in need, do we see the face of God?

When we don't preach the LORD, we preach the Devil, and when we preach worldliness, we preach the Devil

Vocations are born in prayer and from prayer; and only in prayer can they persevere and bear fruit.

The Holy Spirit is a great worker, not a 'trade unionist.' He is a great worker, and He works in us, always. He does this work of explaining the mystery of Jesus, and of giving us this sense of Christ.
