The ability to bounce back after a setback is the single most important trait an entrepreneurial venture can possess.

Making the extra effort to say thanks in a genuine, personal manner goes a long way. It is pleasurable to do, and it encourages more of the same good behavior.

Because I don't see Virgin as a company but as a way of life and I fully enjoy it, I don't think I'll ever retire.
