Well, I'm somebody who is just living ...living life, and if I get frustrated by something, then I like to try to put it right.

If you have an idea that's going to make a big difference to people's lives, and other people are not doing it, you know, just say "screw it," do it and get on with it, and give it a go.

A generation ago, the image was that you had to trample everyone else down to succeed; but I don't believe that makes good business sense.

Always think, 'what's the worst that can happen' and have some kind of strategy to deal with it

It's all about finding and hiring people smarter than you. Getting them to join your business. And giving them good work. Then getting out of their way. And trusting them. You have to get out of the way so YOU can focus on the bigger vision. That's important. And here's the main thing....you must make them see their work as a MISSION.

I enjoy the company of other people. That's where I get most of my satisfaction from
