Exercise and writing are so therapeutic to me. I try to write every day and I make it a huge priority to find time to work out, even if that means taking a spin class at 7am before work.
At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel loved, appreciated and respected.
Dancing to a great song with great friends and lots of laughter makes me come alive.
When something resonates with you, working for it seems more like play.
Practice random acts of kindness... and watch Mom!
It's scary but as an actress it is my job to be vulnerable, so I try to just embrace it and focus on the things I can control.
