Exercise and writing are so therapeutic to me. I try to write every day and I make it a huge priority to find time to work out, even if that means taking a spin class at 7am before work.

We live in an age where technology is so powerful that we can make change without even leaving our computers or cell phones.

Sometimes it's important just to allow myself to feel whatever it is I am feeling and to be okay with it.

There is so much power at your fingertips! Use it!

I think as an actor you can feel when something's right and when something's resonating. I don't think that there's necessarily a right and a wrong. I think it's just a matter of being honest and telling a story.

Your job as an actor is to be a storyteller and communicate to people. And I think it's very easy to see whether or not people are listening.
