Take the long way. Do the hard work, consistently and with generosity and transparency. And then you won't waste time doing it over.
For most modern marketers, quantity isn't the point. What matters is to matter. Lives changed. Work that made an actual difference. Connection.
Learning is not watching a video, learning is taking action and seeing what happens.
