I put messages out there that start with why and they talk about what I believe. They go on to demonstrate and give examples. If it resonates with others, those with whom it resonates will share it with their friends and say, "This inspired me. You should watch it. You should read this."

Purpose does not need to involve calculations or numbers. Purpose is about the quality of life. Purpose is human, not economic.

Putting yourself first is not selfish. Quite the opposite. You must put your happiness and health first before you can be of help to anyone else.

I only have one why, and my challenge is to make sure the things I say and the things I do remain consistent for as often and as long as possible.
