What I understand about this concept of why is that it functions exactly the same way as parenting or exercise or any of these things we claim to invest in.

Quality effective leaders have the confidence to trust others to try, succeed, and sometimes to fail.

The trick to balance is to not make sacrificing important things become the norm.

Trust emerges when we have a sense that another person or organization is driven by things other than their own self-gain.

Work requires effort. Things we love to do feel effortless. Only do the things you love and you'll never have to work again.

There are leaders, and there are those who lead. Leaders are those who hold a position of power or authority. But those who lead are those who inspire us. And it's those who start with why, that have the ability to inspire those around them or find others who inspire them.

Reality will always prevail so why help it? Be an idealist and see what happens.
