The soul journey inward is when we are invited to cast aside beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve us and release all tendencies toward victimhood, stagnation, passivity, and self-destruction that keep us disempowered or cause frustration and suffering to ourselves and others. This is no easy task, and one in which we can use all the divine support possible to help us on our way. It is a time to pray.

People frustrate us and let us down. Not because we aren't lovable, but because we rely on them to do our job of loving us. We must accept that our lovability and worth doesn't come from others. It comes from within.

We are all unconsciously in search of love. Whenever we feel its presence in our environment, we can't help but be drawn to it. There is no more compelling energy in the world.

If you look at yourself and life through the lens of your ego, you'll feel isolated, ganged up on, alone, dfferent, and not part of the crowd. If you look through the lens of Spirit, knowing we're all one, you'll always feel safe, secure, ad loved.

Intention is power. Intention is ownership. Intention is commitment. Intention is magic.

Life is always full of drama and challenges, but you don't have to overreact to any of it if you choose not to.

There are three things you need to live abundantly: awareness, imagination and gratitude.
