Know that humiliation does not weaken you, it strengthens you. The more egoistic you are, the more humiliation you feel. When you are childlike and have a greater sense of kinship, you do not feel humiliated. When you are steeped in love with the Existence, with the Divine, nothing whatsoever can humiliate you.

For those who do not have faith in God, fear is a way to protect them. But if faith is strong, there is no anxiety about something in danger.

A plant has to be watered but when it grows into a tree, it is no longer necessary. Similarly, if the inner consciousness becomes stronger, all these vikaar (distortions) get erased. Vishranti vikar mita (Deep rest removes negativity). There is no rest deeper than meditation

There is freedom when you realize that you are just a witness to all that is happening.
