It doesn't stop. It really doesn't stop. It's the way I live every single day. I don't do anything else. I have no other interest other than music. At all.

Shyness is nice, but shyness can stop you from doing all the things in life that you'd like to.

Well, I think the way you feel as a teenager stays with you, forever. I really believe that. And we try to change and we hope that we change, but we don't really in big ways, in serious ways. I think the personality is formed at that time, for the good and for the bad. ... We all want to grow up and move on and appear to be different to people. And we want people to see us in a different way. But, I don't know, I think the personality is very, very strongly cemented, and we just bear whatever shortcomings we have and learn to live with it.

When you're younger, you see the people who are in power and think they must have that position because of some degree of skill. And as you get older, you realize it's not true, that most people in those positions are absolutely inept. And this naturally makes you feel better about yourself.

With no reason to hide these words I feel, and no reason to talk about the books I read, but still, I do.

I'd rather produce art than become art.

I think we were all initially swept along with the Obama win, but he's proven to be simply a set of teeth, and useless in every other regard.
