Things happen in my physical body, in my relationships. I've buried three fathers and a mother. I've had a doctor tell me I've got a tumor in my brain. And when you face those situations, they transform you, they change you, and when you're able to break through them to a new level, they allow you to have gifts to give other people.

When it seems impossible like nothing is going to work, you are usually just a few millimeters away from making it happen.

There is no greatness without passion to be great, whether it's the aspiration of an athlete or an artist, a scientist, a parent, or a businessperson.

You want to know the biggest illusion about success? That it's like a pinnacle to be climbed, a thing to be possessed, or a static result to be achieved. If you want to succeed, if you want to achieve all your outcomes, you have to think of success as a process, a way of life, a habit of mind, a strategy for life.

My personal belief is that the only thing keeping you from freedom is all the beliefs you have about what has to happen before you can be there.

If you don't make a conscious effort to control your focus-and decide in advance which things you're going to focus on-you'll be so pulled by the demands of the world that you will soon find yourself living in reaction rather than living a life plan you've designed for yourself.

You have to move from just working for money to a world where money works for you.
