Positive thinking will let you use the abilities, training and experience you have.
When you set goals, something inside of you starts saying, "Let's go, let's go," and ceilings start to move up.
Others can stop you temporarily - you are the only one who can do it permanently.
Be grateful for what you have and stop complaining - it bores everybody else, does you no good and doesn't solve any problems!
Do it, and then you will feel motivated to do it.
