Life is better lived than conceptualized. — This writing can be less demanding should I allow myself to indulge in the usual manipulating game of role creation. Fortunately for me, my self-knowledge has transcended that and I’ve come to understand that life is best to be lived — not to be conceptualized. If you have to think, you still do not understand.

To me, ultimately, martial arts means honestly expressing yourself.

Jeet Kune Do: it's just a name; don't fuss over it. There's no such thing as a style if you understand the roots of combat.

As long as we separate this oneness into two we won't achieve realization.

For it is easy to criticize and break down the spirit of others, but to know yourself takes a lifetime.

Life is an ever-flowing process and somewhere on the path some unpleasant things will pop up - it might leave a scar, but then life is flowing, and like running water, when it stops it grows stale. Go bravely on, my friend, because each experience teaches us a lesson. Keep blasting because life is such that sometimes it is nice and sometimes it is not.
