Destructive thoughts and emotions undermine the very causes of peace and happiness. If you think clearly about it, it makes no sense to think you’re seeking happiness, if you do nothing to restrain angry, spiteful, and malicious thoughts and emotions.

When you think everything is someone else's fault, you will suffer a lot.

Buddha was speaking about reality. Reality may be one, in its deepest essence, but Buddha also stated that all propositions about reality are only contingent. Reality is devoid of any intrinsic identity that can be captured by any one single proposition - that is what Buddha meant by "voidness." Therefore, Buddhism strongly discourages blind faith and fanaticism.

Ignorance is the source of hatred, and the way to get rid of ignorance is realization.

We can solve many problems in an appropriate way, without any difficulty, if we cultivate harmony, friendship and respect for one another.

Compassion is a mental quality that can bring us true lasting inner peace and inner strength.

It does not matter whether you are a theist or atheist, what matters is sincerity, forgiveness, and compassion.
