The Sanskrit word namaste means 'The spirit in me honors the spirit in you.' Whenever you first make eye contact with another person, say 'Namaste' silently to yourself. This is a way of acknowledging that the being there is the same as the being here.

What you experience as "reality," including your physical body and aging, is shaped by your habits of perception.

My definition of success is: 1.) The progressive realization of worthy goals 2.) The ability to love and have compassion 3.) To be in touch with the creative source within.

When you blame and criticize others, you are avoiding some truth about yourself.

You give to the world your greatest gift when you're being yourself.

You are the luminous mystery in which the entire universe with its forms and phenomena arises and subsides. When this realization dawns there is a complete transformation of your personal self into your universal self . . . the complete loss of all fear, including death. You have become a being who radiates love the same way the sun radiates light. You have finally arrived at the place from which your journey began.

The next thing you think, the next action you take, will either create a new possibility for you, or it will repeat the past.
