I try not to live my life worrying about what others think. A core spiritual quality is nonjudgment, which is not just about not judging others, but also not living your life worried about others judging you.

We're all born with infinite potential and creativity. We all have it in us. Each and every one of us. That's the only truth

It helps if you remember that everyone is doing their best from their level of consciousness.

The healthiest response to life is joy.

When we were children, there was a silent part of us watching the child. When we were adolescents, there was that same witness watching the adolescent. Middle age, and so on. Every one, now and again, has discovered the self, the one who is watching.

The solution is never at the level of the problem. The solution is always love, which is beyond problems.

Because the body is the end product of intelligence and how that intelligence shapes your reality will shape the reality of the body.
