Although our package of skin and bones looks very convincing, it is a mask, an illusion, disguising our true self, which has no limitations.

The true self, once discovered, is the source of creativity, intelligence and personal growth. No external solution has such power.

Meditation will work on anyone who has a functioning human nervous system. All you need is the intelligence to follow simple instructions. Even children as young as 4 and 5 have been taught to meditate successfully.

When love and spirit are brought together, their power can accomplish anything. Then love, power, and spirit are one.

Be willing to redefine yourself every day.

The willingness to reach inside every part of yourself opens the door to total understanding. You place your entire identity on the line, not just an isolated part. This may sound daunting, but actually it’s the most natural way to approach any situation. When you hold some part of yourself in reserve you deny it exposure to life; you repress its energy and keep it form understanding what it needs to know.

The world is a mirror for us – whatever you say about others is really how you feel about yourself.
