I use memories but I will not allow memories to use me.

There are two components to biological information in the body, one is intention, the other is attention.

The field (which is what spirit is, a field of pure potentiality) is a continuum of all possible energy and information states that will subsequently manifest themselves as space-time events.

Spiritually, no action is more important than surrender. Surrender is the tenderest impulse of the heart, acting out of love to give whatever the beloved wants. Surrender is being alert to exactly what is happening now, not imposing expectations from the past. Surrender is faith that the power of love can accomplish anything, even when you cannot foresee the outcome of a situation.

Gratitude is a state of being in which we feel connected to everything in the universe. It is a fullness of the heart that recognizes the blessings of Nature within and without. Gratitude is love for the goodness of life itself.

I experience true freedom when I accept, understand, and move on from the conditioning of the past.

Awareness isn't passive. It directly leads to action (or inaction).
