If you obsess over whether you are making the right decision, you are basically assuming that the universe will reward you for one thing and punish you for another. The universe has no fixed agenda. Once you make any decision, it works around that decision. There is no right or wrong, only a series of possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience.

The inner experience of meditation can be had without any kind of forced discipline. The outer trappings - how one sits, breathes, dresses, and so forth - are irrelevant.

I am perfect as I am. Everything in my life is working just the way it should. I am loved, and I am love.

See the world as if for the first time; see it through the eyes of a child, and you will suddenly find that you are free.

So, when you have that experienced knowledge you lose the ability to hurt people and you also lose the ability to be hurt by people. That's love.

The path to love is our spiritual destiny.
