You cannot receive what you don't give. Outflow determines inflow. Whatever you think the world is withholding from you, you already have, but unless you allow it to flow out, you won't even know that you have it. This includes abundance.

Thought began to take over and obscured the simple yet profound joy of connectedness with being.

What a liberation to realize that the 'voice in my head' is not who I am. 'Who am I, then?' The one who sees that.

Wisdom comes with the ability to be still. Just look and listen. No more is needed.

Whatever the ego seeks and gets attached to are substitutes for the Being that it cannot feel.

If we don't change, if the egoic consciousness continues, I don't believe that humanity as a species can survive, or at least human civilization can survive, for another hundred years.

The whole world accepts that being stressed is the normal way to live.
