Whatever the ego seeks and gets attached to are substitutes for the Being that it cannot feel.

If there are people you haven't forgiven, you're not going to really awaken. You have to let go.

The ego's form of happiness can't exist without unhappiness. The ego will be happy when something good happens but unhappy when it ends.

So one could say that the only real problem is dysfunctional thinking, the rest are challenges, not problems.

I don't pray for anything, but I have used affirmations in the past a few times. They are really a bit more like realizations in that on some level they have already happened.

Let go of thought, become still and alert, and don't try to understand or explain.

The present moment is all you ever have. There is never a time when your life is not 'this moment.' Is this not a fact?
