So far for humans it has been the case that ego develops and then humans are stuck with it for the rest of their lives.

If you are not living this moment, you are not really living.

There have been many people for whom limitations, failure, loss, or pain in whatever form turned out to be their greatest teacher. It taught them to let go of false self-images and superficial ego-dictated goals and desires. It gave them depth, humility and compassion. It made them more real.

Nothing that is of real value can be lost, only the false dissolves.

The other person's presence ultimately is the same as your presence, because it is in presence that there is true meeting.

Something inside you emerges....an innate, indwelling peace, stillness, aliveness. It is the unconditioned, who you are in your essence. It is what you had been looking for in the love object. It is yourself.
