When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation, change the situation or accept it, all else is madness.

We are in the final stages of egoic madness. Almost the whole world is fighting each other.

The present moment is all you ever have. There is never a time when your life is not 'this moment.' Is this not a fact?

The most common ego identifications have to do with possessions, the work you do, social status and recognition, knowledge and education, physical appearance, special abilities, relationships, person and family history, belief systems, and often nationalistic, racial, religious, and other collective identifications. None of these is you.

The habit patterns of the human mind are very strong and make it seem that the hard way is easy and the easy way is hard.

Emotion in itself is not unhappiness. Only emotion plus an unhappy story is unhappiness

Don't get stuck on the level of words. A word is no more than a means to an end. It's an abstraction. Not unlike a signpost, it points beyond itself
