When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation, change the situation or accept it, all else is madness.

The energy that flows into what you do, although it may be high energy, is very peaceful energy. It is not out of alignment with life.

Memories are thoughts that arise. They're not realities. Only when you believe that they are real, then they have the power over you. But when you realize it's just another thought arising about the past, then you can have a spacious relationship with that thought. The thought no longer has you in its grip.

The more you are focused on time-past and future-the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.

Even the great scientists have reported that their creative break-throughs came at a time of mental quietude. The surprising result of a nationwide inquiry among America's most eminent mathematicians, including Einstein, to find out their working methods, was that thinking 'plays only a subordinate part in the brief, decisive phase of the creative act itself'.

Personally, I don't teach practices as such. The power of the teaching is sufficient without needing to go for any practice.

If you find here & now intolerable, you have options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally.
