Peace comes from being aligned with the present moment. Wherever you are, you feel that you are home—because you are home.

The ego doesn't know that the source of all energy is within you, so it seeks it outside.

Some form of suffering often brings about a readiness. One can say it cracks open the shell of the egoic mind with which many people identify as "me." Life cracks open that shell, and once that crack is there, then we are reached more easily by spiritual teaching.

A belief may be comforting. Only through your own experience, however, does it become liberating.

True change happens within not without
