You accept whatever happens in the present moment, the only place where it can happen. Internally, you fully accept what is happening, and what is happening may include an emotion, a stream of anxiety that suddenly comes up within you.

True salvation is freedom from negativity.

Enlightened groups can exist, as long as the individuals' sense of identity is not derived from a mentally defined image of us.

Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now.

Loss is very painful, because any kind of loss leaves a hole in the fabric of one's existence.

When the mind loses its density, you become translucent, like the flower. Spirit - the formless - shines through you into the world.

Surrender becomes so much easier when you realize the fleeting nature of all experiences and that the world cannot give you anything of lasting value. You then continue to meet people, to be involved in experience and activities, but without the wants and fears of the egoic self. That is to say, you no longer demand that a situation, person, place, or event should satisfy you or make you happy. It's passing and imperfect nature is allowed to be.
