"I am the awareness that is aware that there is attachment." That's the beginning of the transformation of consciousness.

A person dies, or something you had identified with completely is gone. Your home goes up in flames. There is extreme pain at first. But whenever a form dissolves, which is called "death," what remains is an opening into emptiness.

Thinking fragments reality - it cuts it up into conceptual bits and pieces.

For the ego to survive, it must make time - past and future - more important than the present moment.

Some people are called upon to do great things externally in this world by creating some new structure that reflects their awakening consciousness. Other people are not called to go out into the world and create great big things externally. Their purpose is to let consciousness flow into whatever they do - to do everything in a sacred manner.

Watch the clouds. They will teach you about the world of form.

Nothing ever happened in the past that can prevent you from being present now, and if the past cant prevent you from being present now, what power does it have?
