The samsara is the sense of self. I've had past experiences. I'm aware of the moment. I will have future experiences.

As the meditation evolves, you attention passes into higher realms of consciousness.

When you meditate deeply, you will see beyond life and death. You will see that you can't die and you can't be reborn. You are existence itself.

Anyone has the ability, if they choose, to move to the higher end of the state of mind they are in. From that higher end, they can generate another state of mind.

Life is perception. We perceive through different parts of the body of the universe.

In Tantric Buddhism we call the inherent knowledge that all animate and inanimate objects possess of themselves - their emptiness.

Start meditating with your eyes open, focusing as a warm-up, then focus on a chakra, then just let go and merge. Don't sit there and think or move into sleepy states of awareness, but move into high-powered states of attention.
