The period of meditation is a time when we go back to the source. We go back to what we were before we were born.

When we mediate, we are raising the kundalini through focus, through concentration. There is a metaphysical astral process that's taking place.

Life exists in countless forms in countless dimensions, in places that we simply cannot see. The essence of life - while it might not appear so when we watch television or watch our loved ones suffer - is good.

Sometimes there are people who only meditate with a teacher. They ride the teacher's energy. They don't really learn how to meditate. They learn how to ride the energy.

You must realize you are not the doer, that you are not the action.

A master of an art is someone who's been mastered by the art. They've become so one with what they teach that you can't tell the teacher from the student.

Nothing you can do can prevent your death. Nothing you can do can prevent your rebirth. To step beyond life and death is self-discovery.
