Just as the subtle physical body holds together the physical body, the causal body holds together the body of awareness.

Avoid the things in your life that take away from your stillness. Find things that add to that stillness. Bring them more into your life. It doesn't matter what works or doesn't. It is all individual.

What Sri Krishna is saying, is that it's a terrible mistake to believe that this life we lead is real. Obviously it's real, but it doesn't last very long in its realness. It's very ephemeral and to mistaken the forms of life, the shapes that life takes, for reality, is not wise.

There was a time when you came forth from infinity, your essence that is. You've always existed, and you'll always exist. But there are different states of mind in the universe.

The trick in life is to find out where you belong. Once you find out where you belong, you will be happy there.
