Do not be selfish and feel new people will take more of the teacher's attention and you won't get it. That's nonsense. With that attitude, you won't get it. The teacher sees that attitude and will have very little to do with you.

Your tonal must accept that the nagual exists and that it's beneficial and healthy.

Use power to intelligently apprehend people who might harm you. Use that power to not be afraid. Simply step around them.

If this is the only life, then everything assumes too great an importance. We have to get everything out of life and we overdo it.

Go out and do the things you are afraid to do gradually. Gain the power to do that through meditating. You will find yourself limitless reality that knows no fear.

The kundalini of the supraconscious has nothing to do with the shushumna. That light comes down, from the crown center and has nothing to do with the opening. It descends and inundates.

When you are just thinking a lot of silly thoughts and having a lot of worries, you waste a tremendous energy and power and you put yourself into very limited states of mind. You slow down your evolutionary process.
