Forever is not an idea or a concept, it is reality. All of the things here come from forever. We call forever nirvana in Zen.

There are views. And what we see in a view is not necessarily what is in the view, all that is in the view. We have to separate, to some extent, the perceiver from that which is perceived or we have to lose all distinction whatsoever.

The key to all enlightenment is to have personal experiences in the world of light. All you need to do that is to meditate.

Balance is to choose happiness, to feel that the purpose of life is to love, not necessarily to be loved, to be happy, to be conscious, to be aware, to be fulfilled.

I can assure you, as a practitioner of Buddhism, that there are ten thousand states of mind, at least, give or take a few billion.

Nature is the endless reflective pattern of existence in eternity. As I sit here watching the leaves and watching their patterns, I'm reminded of so many things I've seen in other planes and in other worlds.

Mindfulness is paying attention to what is going on. Just look at beauty. Not just the beauty of things you see with your eyes, but beautiful feelings, beautiful awareness. There is no such thing as reality. Reality is what you make it.
