The path is focus. The power of focus is absolutely essential. To stop all thoughts, you have to have tremendous power of focus.

You can live in the world and have friends, family and possessions. But don't take them all too seriously. Death removes everything. Feel death is every moment, as life is every moment.

The tantras can be very confusing for a person who is new to Buddhism, and for several thousand years the rule was not to expose a person or a new monk to the tantras until they had practiced for many, many years.

The description of the world that most people have is very limited. They are in the fog. Once in a while a genuine insight comes through.

You have been programmed, brainwashed to see life in very specific forms. Life is endless and we are a body of perception. We are an awareness that is endless. The universe is only perception.

The comedies, the tragedies we see played out on this earth before us, don't last. But we are eternal spirits. These events will come and go, but the planes of light and nirvana will always be there.

Now, tantra is a little bit different than other forms of Buddhism because in tantra what we do is we use the sensorial worlds as access points or pathways to ineffability.
