If there were no world, no time, no space, no condition, if none of us existed, that would be meditation.

It takes a number of years to learn to hold the mind perfectly in one place. But each day we do it a little better, and in the doing we're releasing energy that is taking our mind in higher diffuse planes of attention.

Reincarnation is an apprehension of a movement and the movement occurs in time. Without time, there is no reincarnation. Reincarnation is a reflection of time in this world.

When you start your meditation, picture a beautiful blue sky without any clouds in it. Feel that your body is growing lighter. Visualize that you are floating in the sky and that all tension, fatigue, worry and problems have left you.

When you meditate properly you are able to take your mind and merge it with the cosmos. Essentially, this causes your IQ to increase.

Tantric Zen is not being kinky; nor is it being conservative and austere. It is eclectic. It is a real mixture of all things.

I feel that there's a certain danger in always being in a lovely rural setting. You can lose touch.
