Happiness is everything in the whole universe. It's a state of mind. Your whole life is a state of mind. So be happy, why not?

The kundalini is raised or brought down. It can be done in several different ways, and as it moves to the different chakras or energy centers in the subtle physical body, it endows one with various powers.

With free will, we can modify, to a certain extent the chain of karma that has been set in motion by the karma of the previous moment. That is what free will really is, the ability to alter the sequence of karmic fate.

The issue is not what you're doing with your body; it's what you're doing with your mind.
