The world is wonderful. It is beautiful when you are in a correct level of attention.

Meditation is the use of symbols, not abstractions. A symbol is something alive. It is a hyphen between one reality and another.

The essential premise of Buddhism is that there is enlightenment, there is nirvana. Beyond this world, beyond all worlds, there's something radiant, perfect and eternal.

Simply by performing good actions and thinking good thoughts you will not attain enlightenment. It takes something more.

All of the universes are but phantoms, mirages, and while they have their own essence, their own pantomime - they pass forgotten.

What is essential is to draw the energy of love from your heart and bring it into your mind, as San Exubere said: "it is only with the heart that one sees rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye."

We can say the stars are moving because we have a relative context.
