Our failure to see and access the pure joy and radiance of life is owning to a lack of awareness. In any situation there is beauty. Even at the moment of one's death there is beauty.

The best things in life are free. Sunsets and sunrises are free. Air is free. Love is free. Death is free. The best things in life are free.

The world glows all the time. All of the things that you have come to understand aren't. The greatest thinkers in the world see very little compared to the enlightened.

Buddhism teaches us not to want things, not to avoid things, not to be upset by the loss. In the I Ching, there's a hexagram that says, "Be like the sun at midday". View all things as being equal.

The chi is the central energy or power that we use in physical expression. When the chi is flowing properly in our lives, we can be very adept athletically.

It is good to take a weekend and just you, or you and your dog, head out into the wilderness. Walk by yourself. Be by yourself. It will help you in your search for stillness and perfection.

When I leave the body someday, I can help people just as effectively if they focus upon me.
