If you meditate you will change in ways that I cannot understand. But that is neither here nor there.

It is necessary to have a strong focus. Work will give you that focus.

Step into the mystery of the mind. There are billions of minds, there are billions of selves. There are billions of worlds and dimensions.

Focus on the heart center and feel love. There is a flower there, but it's like a rose folded up. As you meditate, feel that the flower is opening. Each time you open a set of petals you're going deeper into eternal awareness.

I learned from my own teachers, a long time ago in another universe, the quality of quiet fortitude that is renewed by a person's love of light.

Just because you are innocent does not mean that others cannot harm you. History teaches us that lesson.

Life hurts at times. It hurts to have a body at times, hurts to be born, hurts to live, hurts to die, but it can be ecstasy beyond comprehension. You can know that ecstasy. It is inside of you.
