You don't live forever, at least in this life.

In a time of continued population growth the consequences are devastating, needless to say. The Earth is too crowded already in terms of aura, and it's growing at 20 percent a decade.

How can you tell if you are draining someone? How far have you gotten into their life? Are they dependent upon you? Are you thinking of them negatively? Does your energy drop when you stop seeing them?

In the state of emptiness, you are the action not the performer of the action. Allow an activity or event to take precedence over your own point of view.

You are going to die. Your physical body will disintegrate. You cannot help that.
