Spiritual balance is to be straight with yourself.

There is a popular conception about karma, and that is that as you sow, so shall you reap. That's only true if you're a farmer.

With the practice of meditation you can move into other states of mind, sort of ungluing the glue that binds you to a particular perceptual mode, a way of seeing life which is an illusory one.

When you do things in a selfish way, let alone a destructive way, then you are bound by that karma. Your state of mind will go down. You will find yourself becoming depressed, nervous, anxious and upset.

The power chakra is the navel center. The center of balance is the heart chakra; it's the center of our being. The third eye is the center of wisdom, the Agni chakra.

The universe is perfection. But there are different views that universe provides for itself to view itself. Beyond all views there is nirvana.

Faithfulness, faith, all of the words that so few people live, you must live. Only then are you worthy of immortality.
