Fear is just an idea in the mind that limits you. You cannot become enlightened if you are afraid, nor can you become happy.

The human mind and the entire life process is chaotic. Chaos is not something that lacks order; chaos has varieties of order within it.

Since there were others, a long time ago, who were kind enough to give me a hard time and allow me to study with them, I try and express the same Buddhist courtesy.

Happiness is self-generated as the mind becomes still. As we become involved with the desires of the world, we lose that centering, that stillness.

You are complete. Completion has taken place in you eons ago. Accept yourself. Enjoy yourself. This time will never be again, so fulfill the moment with your own self-joy.

Personal power is a feeling, like life.

When you are in a painful situation, look at it. If you look deeply enough and you don't get freaked out, you will see that there is beauty in everything. You will see that there is beauty in you.
