The natural elements in the forests, mountains, deserts and large bodies of water, help shield you from the thought forms and auras of other human beings.

Reality is not the world as you perceive it. Reality is the world perceived through enlightenment. It's the same world; but it's not the same world.

To perfect your nature means to let go of this world and place your attention fully in the plane of enlightenment.

Kundalini is generated through cultivating humility, purity, through meditation, selfless giving, and by studying with an advanced teacher on a personal level.

A teacher is not someone you need perpetually. You need them to show you how to get through the doorway; but once you get through the doorway, you are on your own.
