Any area you slough off in your life will reflect in your meditation. Be happy when you could be depressed. Push jealous, fear, and anger out of your mind. Don't feel sorry for yourself.

Pure and simple, balance is happiness.

I suggest that you do not get involved in channeling, tapping into spirits not physically present. Your own mind has the ability to properly reflect and determine what is correct and what is not.

You must control your anger and jealousy and possessive nature or, as you become more powerful and your will increases in strength, you will injure others.

The entire structure of the human mind blocks out most of infinity. To a certain extent it's necessary because otherwise one would be insane, unless you have a very developed mind to deal with the endless permutations of infinity simultaneously.

As you become a powerful person, it becomes increasingly important to have periods of solitude. Take a weekend by yourself. Go up into the mountains or desert and check into a little cabin. Go by yourself.

Big Sur is a fascinating place. It is one of the true power places in America.
